19″ Mirror-Finish Main Cylinder
The main cylinder fabricated at 19″ diameter is properly ground and mirror-finished, running on heavy-duty ball bearings with steam inlet and outlet — delivering flawless, uniform glazing and surface finishing across the full fabric width.

Adjustable Pressure Roll System
Two 190 mm dia. pressure rolls with steam flats and a worm & worm gear adjustable pressing system allow precise, controlled nip pressure — accommodating the full range of fabric weights from light cotton to heavy wool blends.

Creaseless Fabric Feeding
A swivel tension adjuster, tension binders and a dedicated ebonite scroll roll feed the cloth in a perfectly creaseless manner — ensuring a pristine, distortion-free surface before the fabric contacts the main cylinder and felt.

Inverter Drive & Box Plaiter
A 3 H.P. A.C. motor with reduction gearbox and inverter drive powers the main cylinder, while a synchronized heavy-duty box-type plaiter with draw roll delivers the finished fabric smoothly at production speeds up to 1000 m/hr.

Steam Tank: S.S. steam tank with perforated steam pipe fitted at the end to guide the fabric into the machine. Two ebonite rolls provided for smooth fabric entry.

Fabric Feeding: Equipped with swivel tension adjuster, tension binders and a separate ebonite scroll roll — feeding cloth in a perfectly creaseless manner to protect delicate fabric surfaces before calandering.

Felt Adjustment Roll: One felt adjustment roll of 125 mm dia. on ball bearings — providing accurate felt tracking and tension adjustment for consistent felt contact and even surface finishing results.

Drive: Main cylinder driven through a reduction gearbox coupled with a 3 H.P. A.C. motor with inverter drive. Plaiter is driven by chain and chain wheel — all synchronized for smooth, constant-speed operation.

Plaiter: Synchronized heavy-duty box-type plaiter provided with necessary draw roll — delivering the finished fabric in neat, consistent folds at production speeds up to 1000 m/hr.
