Stainless Steel Construction
All guide rollers are stainless steel — eliminating staining from conventional vulcanite rollers. The 304/316 grade S.S. liquor trough ensures creaseless, stain-free fabric passage throughout the machine.

Optimized Liquor Ratio Design
Specially designed tank geometry achieves low liquor ratios of up to 1:2 for synthetic fabrics and 1:3.5 for cellulosic fabrics, reducing water, steam, and chemical consumption. A Circulation pump maintains uniform liquour concentration for level, consistent dyeing across every batch.

Technical Specifications

  • Sturdy Robust Construction: Graded cast-iron mounting frames rigidly connected by cast-iron tie bars ensure long-term reliability and smooth functioning under the most demanding production conditions.
  • Main Rolls: Two main batch rollers driven by separate synchronized motors maintain constant desired surface speed, ensuring perfectly tensionless fabric passage. Rolls available in Ebonite or Stainless Steel. Sizes offered: 36″, 72″, 84″, 96″ and 120″.
  • Differential Gear Box Drive: Drive to the main roll through a differential gear box guarantees constant fabric speed; each batching roll fitted with brake shoes permitting wide-range tension adjustment from heavy to light fabrics.
  • Stainless Steel Liquor Tank: Trough fabricated from 304/316 grade S.S. with two S.S. guide rolls on nylon bearings at the bottom. Drain and overflow provisions included. Perforated pipe for direct heating; coil for indirect heating available on request.
  • Temperature Controller: Main tank fitted with a temperature controller that economises steam consumption and automatically maintains the desired dyeing temperature throughout the entire cycle.
  • Oscillating / Rocker Device: Self-balancing rocker with guide rolls and adjustable pipe expanders fitted above the trough guarantees stretched, creaseless passage of fabric at all operating speeds.
  • Main Drive: 3 H.P. / 7.5 H.P. standard electric motor fitted below the gear box; V-belt drive totally enclosed. Reverse/forward starter with panel box provided on either side of the gear box.
  • PLC Controlled Functions: Auto cycle forward/reversal · Automatic cycle stoppage after process completion · Automatic speed/tension control throughout the cycle.
